Management Structure & the Process of TOL
TOL is managed by the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) who reports to the board of directors and the BOD (Board of Directors), comprises of two directors with one executive director who is also the chairman. The day to day management of the company is entrusted with the corporate management team headed by the CEO who is appointed by the board.
